Like the rain
i poured my emotions out
Like a mad woman
who, in fact, was mad
As a dove
flying through the day
Like a bat
searching for its prey which
seems
Like an eternity
because i
Like the rain
found contentness with my purpose
which
was once told to me...
searching
Like a hungry soul
for a different answer which is
Like an imaginary number
that seems to exist
As much as any living/non-living
thing
only to find out that time passes
As days do pass on
we fall.
we stand.
we live.
Like the pouring rain.
